Yep, spinning describes my life, but lately what I’ve been doing is getting up at the ungodly hour of 4:45 and going to spin class twice a week. It’s really helping; I’ve lost a bit of weight and I’m going a bit faster on the road bike, especially up hills.
If I can make it tomorrow morning, that will actually be my 3rd class this week. I’m not certain yet if I’ll make my road bike ride this weekend because I’m taking a class at the Y. Not sure why, but I want to be a spin instructor.
